Each month we shall be inviting one of the country's best chefs to join Jan Ostle cooking on the estate, preceded by a short talk relating to our mission for sharing food, experiences, and ethical ingredients.
Close friends and two of the country’s most creative and innovative chefs, Pete is, of course, famous for the Michelin-starred Casamia and Paco Tapas as well as Decimo at The Standard while Jan is widely acclaimed for Wilson’s - also in the Michelin Guide.
Both are passionate about food, the wider issues of provenance and sustainability. Join us for a truly unique evening cooking over fire with ingredients from both the Belmont Estate and Wilson’s Market Garden
Before the meal, Gil, Belmont Estate Manager will talk about the vision for Belmont’s rewilding project, ethical food production, community connection and of rekindling our relationship with food, nature and one another
